2. Custom orders (e.g., name/number jerseys) are made to order and take 12–15 working days for delivery.

2. No Cancellations

1. Once an order is placed, cancellation is not allowed under any circumstances.

3. No Refunds

1. All purchases are non-refundable unless the item is out of stock or undeliverable.

4. Return & Replacement Policy

1. We do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong size selection, or design preferences.
2. However, returns or replacements are allowed only if:
3. You receive the wrong item.
4. The product has a manufacturing defect.
5. We made an error in customization (name, number, or design).

To be eligible for a return:

1. You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item.
2. Provide clear photos or video evidence of the issue.

5. Customization Accuracy

1. Please double-check all personalization details before submitting your order.
2. Zoro’s Closet is not liable for customer input errors (wrong name/number).

6. Shipping & Delivery

1. We deliver across Bangladesh.
2. Delivery time is 10–15 working days from order confirmation.
3. Delivery delays due to external factors (couriers, weather, strikes) are not our responsibility.
